Terms & Conditions of Booking
Bookings and payment
When making a booking, the session time you request will be reserved for you and an invoice sent via email for payment in full via bank transfer or cash. Your booking will not be considered a firm booking until the payment has been made. Any provisional bookings that have not been paid in full by the invoice due date will be released to other customers without notice and you will lose your session time.
Gift vouchers must have a booking in place before the expiry date stated on the voucher. The chosen session may be beyond the expiry date of the voucher, but contact must have been made and the date booked in before the voucher expires. Expired vouchers will be not be valid.
Cancellation of a booking by the customer
Bookings are subject to the following cancellation policy
More than 14 days notice Full refund (£5 admin fee charged) or free re-booking
Less than 14 days notice 50% refund (£5 admin fee charged) or 50% discount on a new booking
Less than 72 hours notice or failure to attend No refund
Cancellation of a booking by Bourn Pottery
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your session we will give you as much notice as possible. Customers will either be transferred to another session or offered a full refund.
